Senior consultant

   The major responsibility is to work together with clients, help them to understand key problems in the management and set down improvement plans for system management to get outstanding achievement for our clients.

   1. Master in management, MBA or above education background, rich social experiences.
     2. Three-years or more working experiences of middle and senior management level in enterprises.
     3. Rich theoretic knowledge of management and work experience in many fields of enterprises with a good management system.
     4. Have systematic thinking and profound understanding of enterprise operation, as well as capacity of designing overall consultation plans from strategic viewpoint.
     5. Good analysis ability and concept thinking ability, as well as powerful influence.
     6. Take enterprise management consulting as his career development direction.
     7. Once engaged in management in large scale enterprise, and have rich management theoretic knowledge and implementation experiences of consulting projects.
     8. Have equal experience.

   1. Have five year working experiences and experiences as department manager or above.
     2. Be versed in one field or more fields such as human resource, marketing, finance management, production management, R&D management and meeting & exhibition planning.
     3. Be good at expression in written form and oral communication. People who have experiences of hosting training will take precedence.

   Responsibility: In charge of setting down and giving lectures about relative subjects.
